1. Course Refunds

1.1 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all paid courses. If you are not satisfied with a course within 30 days of purchase, you may request a full refund.

1.2 Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The refund request must be made within 30 days of purchase
  • You must not have completed more than 50% of the course content
  • The course must not have been purchased more than 30 days ago

2. Subscription Refunds

Monthly and yearly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. You will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period. Refunds for unused portions of subscriptions are not available unless required by law.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Go to your course or subscription settings
  3. Click "Request Refund"
  4. Provide a reason for the refund request
  5. Submit your request

Refund requests are typically processed within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Courses completed more than 50%
  • Courses purchased more than 30 days ago
  • Certificates or credentials already issued
  • One-time purchases of digital content (unless defective)

5. Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider and may take additional time.
